For nearly 10 years, Alex PC “Repair” has provided professional computer repair services to our customers in North Carolina. But because we stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, we are now able to offer our once “local only” services to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Thus we have decided to started a new division called Alex PC “Solutions” which will focus on Software related issues like OS, Configuration, Gaming and Compatibility.

We are able to do this by using a feature we call remote repair. With remote or “online” repair, we use a specially designed program to connect to your computer over the internet and fix your computer’s problems. Since 95% of computer problems are software-related, as long as you have a stable internet connection we can most likely fix your PC without ever physically touching it.
